| Some Personal Background |
| I grew up in a suburb of Philadelphia, Pa. and have had the pleasure of living for periods in Austin, Tex. and California. I like to tell people that I have lived in places where folks want to vacation. For the last 25 years I have been a Californian. The first 17 years were spent in San Diego but in 2000 I decided with my partner Ray Leiker to move to the Inland Empire Desert Community of Rancho Mirage. Ray has a long history of Interior Design and a few years ago started his own company of "raymondrobert designs" which has focused on the burgeoning field of Home Staging. I have an extensive background in construction, I love to Scuba Dive, Camping & Backpacking and I am an avid Photographer. With some of my photographic work having been published, I have donated my photographic skills to a variety of charitable causes. Much of my leisure time is occupied with my Two Basenji Dogs, "Kito-Dogo" & "Zoe". Basenji's are the African Bark-less Dogs and they came to us through Basenji Rescue Societies. They are a treasure and their boundless energy keeps us on our toes and gives us inspiration too. They let us know that playing hard is just as important as working hard. That balance of work and play is necessary and we need both to keep our souls and spirits nourished. |

| I became a Professional Photographer in my early life. I use the attention to details that I developed in refining my photographic skills to help my Real Estate Clients market or locate and select the perfect home for them in the Coachella Valley. I have been buying and selling real estate in California for 15 years. For the last 8 years, in the Palm Springs area, I have been using my knowledge to help others just like you, to meet their investment goals. I have been working with Windermere Real Estate Coachella Valley for almost 5 years and I can not think of any company that has higher standards for themselves and their associates.
